110521 Eastern Region AGM

The Eastern Region AGM is being held over the next weekend 21 May & 22 May 2011 and is being hosted by District 9680.

There is some training taking place on the Saturday afternoon, but the main attractions are the dinner Saturday night and the AGM and then General Meeting on the Sunday.  

The dinner and the AGM are being hosted by the Rotary Club Kariong-Somersby, and both will be held at Phillip House, Kariong. The Club is catering both activities.  

The dinner is scheduled for Saturday night 06:30pm for 07:00pm start and is $35 per head, drinks at bar prices, and partners are invited The AGM commences at 09:00am on the Sunday and usually finishes around 12:30pm-01:00pm  

It would be appreciated if you could circulate this information to both District Club Presidents and either Project Chairs or International Directors for me. With D9680 hosting the meeting, it would be great to have a good D9680 presence.
