Rotary.org – Rotary International
Rotary is a worldwide organisation of more than 1.2 million business, professional and community leaders. Members of Rotary Clubs, known as Rotarians, provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
There are 33,000 Rotary Clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas. Clubs are non-political, non-religious, and open to all cultures, races and creeds. As signified by the motto ‘service above self’, Rotary's main objective is service in the community, in the workplace and throughout the world.
The main international Website for Rotary is rotary.org
It is a very large portal to all of Rotary's activities, Rotary resources and information. The Rotary Club of Ryde hereby provides you with a set of links to the Rotary International Website:
Rotary International Club Locator
Wherever you are in the world, chances are there is a Rotary Club nearby. Rotary welcomes members from other Clubs and visitors to drop in on meetings. By using the international Club Locator, you can find out where your local Club meets, or if you are traveling, which Club you might like to visit.
It is customary to pre-arrange your visit, as the Clubs usually have to know numbers for each meeting.

Contribute to Rotary International
There are many ways that you can contribute as a member or non-member of Rotary International. Take Bill and Melinda Gates, for example, who donated $355 million to Rotary to help eradicate polio from the world. Or consider volunteering for a local project, buying a textbook for a child in Zambia or countless other opportunities to do your bit and help make the world a better place.

Rotary Members Portal
As a global network, managing 33,000 Clubs and 1.2 million members is a gargantuan task. So Rotary International has set up the Website to centralise information delivery and management for Clubs, as well as facilitate access to materials every Club needs. This section is also very good for prospective members to learn more about Rotary before joining us.
